Dressing up or Dressing down?

We get a fine lecture on sartorial attire today and I’m not sure that the cap doesn’t fit.  I can agree with Charlie wholeheartedly because his comments certainly apply to me !   But I have an excuse – now in my dotage - I dress as I like, convention for me has gone out of the window.
